Neil is the Managing Director and co-founder of Oakfield and has 18 years' experience in property. His experience in lettings, property management and block management is invaluable.
Neil is responsible for the overall strategic planning and development of Oakfield, ensuring that infrastructure, communications, implementation of marketing and communications strategies, monitoring and evaluation is being carried out. He is also responsible for progress of expansion opportunities and acquisitions, and qualified as a Fellow of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA)
Stephen Ruxton-Cocker
Director
Stephen Ruxton-Cocker co founded Oakfield in 1999, His background is 25 years in the construction industry, this combined with the additional knowledge gained through the creation and involvement with Oakfield over the last 13 years has now been put to good use, Steve's experience allows Oakfield to offer that 'bit more' when it comes to problem solving regarding Maintenance and the fabrication of properties. This often saves landlords time and money, which is essential in this current climate.
Samantha Hensher
Financial Director
Samantha is the Financial Director of Oakfield where she is responsible for leading and managing our Accounts Department as well as looking after Estate and Block Management. Samantha carries with her 8 years of experience within the industry having worked in most departments over the years. Along the way she has also furthered her professional development becoming an ARLA member, as well as working towards becoming a member of the IRPM.
