I would like to take this opportunity to express my high levels of satisfaction with reference to the high level of customer service received from Karen White. Karen has managed our property for one and a half years, approximately and has consistently been professional, personable and efficient at all times.
When a tenant has vacated and works have been required at the property, Karen has ensured that the works have been carries out promptly and hence the property has been turned around very quickly to ensure it is newly marketed as quickly as possible. All maintenance issues throughout the course of a tenancy have always been dealt with efficiently. I have felt reassured that the property has been in safe hands.
Without question, Karen is one of the best property managers that I have worked with and I would certainly consider her av great asset to Oakfield.

Every single step of the way Shelley has been immediately responsive, helpful, approachable, and both sales and customer service orientated - what a rare treat! Even though your agency are the most expensive of those I approached, I was instantly impressed by Shelley's personal and professional approach and she set the standard that other agencies just couldn't reach.
Shelley's response to my initial enquiry was the very first I received and was friendly and efficient. When she came to visit me she was on time and really easy to talk to. She came well prepared with a hard copy of your brochure, a sample agency agreement and a copy of your terms and conditions. She could give me examples of nearby properties and the monthly rents you've been able to command for them, and give me an exact percentage to indicate how your rental business this time this year compares to this quarter last year. She was brimming with specific information and help.
After her first visit Shelley followed up by email and by letter immediately, and since then has kept in constant touch with me.
I'm thrilled that she appears to have found suitable tenants and at the asking price in less than a week! [...]
As with most things these days, there are so many companies out there that offer almost the same thing if not exactly the same thing - but it's the service that makes the difference. Wow what a team at Oakfield, from the 1st visit to value my property I have had a totally professional service. Everything was explained in detail, the viewings were at my convienience ,the feedback was excellant and after 8 days 5 viewings I accepted an offer which was negotiated on my behalf by oakfield whilst I was at the hospital with my very poorly father in law, I cant describe the relief I felt. From that day early in April all has gone over and above my expectations, I have now exchanged contracts and have completion date. I'm hoping the team can find me a house that will fulfill my needs, moving is very streessfull time for all involved but mine has been all the better due to the hard work and friendly service that I have been given thanks to all of the team.
